My momentary surroundings...

Black leather chair.

Toshiba laptop.

Flat screen TV.

^^ remote.

Algebra II Honors study guides.

My cell phone.

A window.

The sound of my cat, Gracie, meow-ing.

And last but DEFINITELY not least... my mother ;)

The sad part of this is that this is all momentary.

And I know I'll be in the same spot tomorrow with the same surrounding, but in three years... It's gone!

Graduation day and the loveliness of a stuffy dorm room and a bathroom shared by the entire floor of girls... ick!

I'll probably end up loving it...

But I love this spot that I'm in right now soooo much I don't know how I could ever leave it... It's the way of life... A scary thing!

I got a babysitting gig for the Florida game!!! Whoop whoop!!!

CORRECTION.

I can do this!!

I need to be a big girl, but I am scared!

I have a problem.

I need to choose something right now!

But I can't.

I am not even the one asking a certain question and I am freaking out!

I only have to say one word!!!!

Yes or No!

JEEZ!!!

Cuberunners.

I have a confession to make.

I am a cuberunner.

I play cubefield. 

And then I die in the white and black level and I really just want to see what the next level is!!! That's all I want... I don't even really like the game!

It's curiosity that kills me every time.

Not just in cubefield...

I am a curious person.

And it kills me everytime!

I did something i thought i would never do!!

I was just shopping online.

It's becoming a bad habit of mine. 

It's got to stop.

I wanna be on top.

My Emotions in the Ocean

 

The break of the ocean hits she shore

As I walk up with my mind full of thoughts

It hits my feet

And I walk in discreet

Hoping the waves don’t knock me down

When I am waist deep I think I am safe

But forgetful me, has forgotten of some of the ocean scares

The sharks, jellyfish, and sting rays that could come your way

So I stood there in fear

And soon I realized they weren’t coming near

They don’t mean to bite, they just had a fright

And the ocean puts me at peace as I spread the sand between my toes

And splash water on my nose.

All my thoughts have vanished; I had no need to worry

And now I have a smile planted on my face that will come with me when I leave this place.

 

Today was hot.

Today me and my dad tore down a backyard patio cover.

That's all I have to say about that.  :)

Homework.

Days of homework will never end.

I know it for a fact!

It is inevitable.

I will never not have homework.

It's a matter-of-fact.

And for some reason I still plan on having about 8 more years of school AFTER I graduate college?!!

I guess I just secretly love homework...

Not that you OR I will ever really know!

I love homework.

But shhh... don't tell!

Football Night.

LSU football games are intense.

FOOTBALL PARTY!! WOOHOO!!!

LSU football games are intense though!

Especially when the first one of the season is TONIGHT!

My friend even owns the LSU fight CD...

Creepy?

Not in Baton Rouge it's not!

Anyway...

LSU football game is tonight and i need to get ready...

I just got out of the shower and my hair is soaking wet.

And my ride is coming at 7:00...

and i usually need an hour to get ready (at least)

And now i only have 56 minutes!!!!!

Letting it all OUT.

Life is like a roller coaster.

It has it's ups and downs.

And then you think you'll spin around,

Instead?

You drop straight down.

It takes forever to get back up

and when you get as high as you can get,

there's nowhere left but down.

It's the logic of life,

the statistics of science.

What goes up, must come DOWN.

Down,

down,

down.

And still with all the downs,

we just keep climbing.

Because what we all hope is that when the ride comes to and end,

We will be at the top.

But it's over.

It's ended.

We have to get off the ride.

But as soon as we get off the ride you turn one of two ways...

to an eternal roller coaster.

or Blissful Angels.

Not too hard to pick ourselves.

But we aren't the ones picking.

There IS a higher power.

The last judgement is where we find how well we did on the ride.

It's an interesting place.

Like, for example:
